Dr. Alex Ehsan, M.D, is a distinguished Board-Certified Medical Oncologist with over a decade of extensive medical and academic expertise. Graduating from Universidad Central del Este – Fac de Medicina in the Dominican Republic, Dr. Ehsan continued his medical journey with residency and fellowship training in Internal Medicine at Texas A&M College of Medicine – Scott and White Medical Center, Texas.
With a commitment to excellence, Dr. Ehsan has garnered recognition as a Top Doctor in Texas and has been honored with the Patient's Choice Award. His leadership roles as Chief of Medicine at Texoma Medical Center and Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at UNT Health Sciences Center at Fort Worth reflect his dedication to advancing healthcare.
Driven by a profound passion for patient care, Dr. Ehsan's career trajectory has been marked by diverse experiences. Initially drawn to pediatrics oncology, he transitioned to adult oncology following a poignant encounter with a leukemia-stricken infant. Training at Baylor Scott and White Memorial Hospital Texas A&M and Medical City Dallas further honed his expertise in internal medicine, hematology, medical oncology, and bone marrow transplant.
Throughout his tenure at Texas Oncology, Dr. Ehsan emerged as one of the most sought-after oncologists in Texas, providing compassionate care to countless patients while weathering personal storms, including the loss of his mother and challenges posed by the pandemic.
Following a period of deep introspection and spiritual renewal, Dr. Ehsan embraced a new chapter in Los Angeles, serving as a cancer specialist with The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation. Balancing his professional commitments with a dedication to holistic well-being, he extends his expertise to life-coaching professionals facing mental health challenges.
